Shipping & Returns


Thank you for shopping at Sincerelyso. We value all of our customers! In order to make the shopping experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible, we provide free shipping to customers within the continental US via insured USPS Priority mail. If you would like to expedite shipping (at an extra cost to you), please email customerservice@sincerelyso.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

All orders are shipped from our studio in Los Angeles, CA. Web orders that are in stock are processed and shipped from our studio within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail update containing a tracking number for your shipment.

If an item is on backorder, you will be notified within 24 hours of the status and earliest shipping date. Most backorders ship within 2- 6 weeks.

If an item is shown as “Out of Stock,” they may still be available for purchase as a special order item. Please contact us at customerservice@sincerelyso.com. Special orders may take 2 to 6 weeks to ship.

We sincerely want you to have a delightful experience when you shop with us. Each jewelry piece is carefully inspected during the processing period to avoid shipping any items with defect or less-than-stellar workmanship.

All prices displayed are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped within the state of California.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of receipt. Item(s) must be returned in NEW condition with all packaging and must have the affixed label for us to process your return.

Since much of our jewelry is made to order, we incur significant costs for items that are returned for a refund. Made to order items are the reason we are able to offer our customers such a wide selection of jewelry. Therefore, we must charge a 15% restocking fee, less shipping on any item that is returned for a refund. We charge no restocking fees on items that are exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Special orders or custom/personalized items cannot be returned and are final sale.

NOTE: For ring size, the best way to figure out your ring size is to go to your local jewelry store and have the sizing done professionally. In addition, we recommend to size up about half a size for wider rings. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect ring size determination.

Return Processing/Exchange:

  1. Please email returns@sincerelyso.com within 48 hours of receipt to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please provide your order ID and reason for return/exchange. We will not accept any returns if you do not request a RAN within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. Please mail item back via a traceable carrier with the appropriate packaging and insurance. We will need a tracking number to ensure product was sent for delivery back to our studio.
  3. Once the return is received and processed, the funds will be credited to the original payment method that was used to purchase, excluding the shipping and insurance charges we incurred to ship your order and the 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value (you must also email within 48 hours of receipt according to #1 above)

We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, so we highly recommend that you insure and track the package.

*Returned items must be in original (new) condition and have the original tags attached in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns/exchanges on any pieces that have been scuffed or marked in any way.

Sincerelyso, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.


Items purchased through other retailers must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased. Please email customerservice@sincerelyso.com for repair request.

NOTE: Additional fees and return shipping may be charged depending on the type of repair and it can take up to 2-4weeks.
